Hi, I'm Kelly Piatti, owner and principal decorator of Decorating and Such. I'm so excited to work together!

Let me tell you a bit about myself and what sets Decorating and Such apart from other decorators. 

As a native of Alexandria, I have spent the last 20 years elevating the daily lives of my clients through my affordable room transformations. I have been styling and restyling homes one room at a time, without always purchasing new furnishings, saving my clients time and money.

I am always happy to help recommend new furnishings when asked!  Having owned and operated a custom furniture store where I also provided design services, I have a unique perspective of the furnishings industry and how to help my clients get the most for their budget.

Unlike others, Decorating and Such is not affiliated with any retailers or distributors, so you won't feel pressured to buy anything. I offer professional in-home and virtual decorating services—utilizing much of the existing furnishings—without pushing my clients into making unnecessary purchases.

I am passionate about home furnishings, decor, art, fragrances, and travel. I combine all of these elements and my vast experience to create a space for you that not only looks good but makes you feel good.
